Introverts vs. Extroverts in Workplace

People tend to be classified within two categories, either being an introvert or being an extrovert. An introvert is a more reserved person that likes to keep things for themselves, tend to be quieter while an extrovert is the opposite. It's someone that commonly can make conversation very easily. These two types of personalities work differently in a work 

How to communicate with introverts & extroverts?

Being an introvert, having a digital communication style works best opposed to having to meet face to face. Something like emails, chats works best.They don’t like to be put on the spot. Extroverts on the other hand like to have face to face interaction and prefer to talk to others. They like collaboration and thinking out loud. They prefer to do things on the spot.

Can introverts and extroverts work well together?

Proven by any workplace, of course they can. There’s a saying that says that opposites attract, while it doesn’t have to be romantically, extroverts and introverts can be very productive together since they bring out each other's differences and compliment one another. A shy person needs a person that asks questions and makes them talk. It creates a balance in the environment.
